I needed a casket spray for a funeral over a holiday weekend and placed my order online. Deb personally called me right away even though the shop was closed for the holiday, and assured me she would take care of everything. The arrangement turned out absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Deb’s flower shop for Her exceptional service.

The arrangement by Deb’s Florist was STUNNING!! I was in town for a visit with my family and wanted a unique arrangement to give to my mom before leaving town before Mother’s Day. Deb called me personally to let me know when it would be delivered and when it was at the door. My mom live it and was very happy with the beautiful flowers used in the arrangement. Thank you for helping me surprise my mom! I will be using you as the local florists.

BEWARE SHE'S A FRAUD. Ordered flowers for valentine's day for my wife, cause I work 12 to 14 hours a day in the oil field and wouldn't have time to get flowers. So I placed an order on Thursday, deb said it would be no problem to deliver on Saturday [valentine's day]. When I got home Saturday evening, the flowers were still not delivered. So we waited and waited. waited so long we had to cancel the dinner reservations IHad made. Her excuse was that the marti gra parade had made it hard to get around town. Well the parade was on the parkway, shreveport, and I'm in south bossier. Flimsy excuse. Will not be using Deb garden ever again. And after reading the reviews, this ain't the first time this has happened. UPDATE -- Well it's march 5th, and I got my credit card statement. Come to find out , that she charged me twice for flowers that my wife never got. Tried calling her to get it resolved, but she has blocked my number. So I decided to make a trip to her store in person. And the address is for an entirely different b

Deb does a wonderful job with designing arrangements. She puts a lot of heart and soul in all her designs. I’ve included a photo of an arrangement she did for me for a baby shower. Highly recommend her for all your floral needs.

It brings me great pleasure to give “Deb” the Owner of Deb’s Garden in Bossier City, Louisiana a “5 -Star” Review for the Customer Service I received when I chose her amazing florist company to provide the arrangement for my Mother’s Birthday. I live in California and had to conduct my purchase over the phone. Deb was very courteous, professional, responsive and made me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions with ease. Deb also exceeded my expectations by sending me pictures from her cell phone of the beautiful vases and ribbon options to choose from as well as pictures of the final arrangement which turned out Absolutely Beautiful ❤️ Deb showed that she cared for me as a customer making me feel great about what the outcome of my experience would be. Deb made sure I knew that I was Valued, Important, Special and Appreciated as a customer throughout my whole experience. Deb was extremely reliable, friendly professional and delivered my every concept on time, every time, without fail.
